    Cuca is wanted at the event and I don't have this stable. I can't do the activity. It's not in Jack's shop either. Why would you want something that is not accessible to everyone at events? Nothing this ridiculous can happen. Is it so difficult to organize an event that everyone can do? Or are you doing this specifically so that the event will be left unfinished and we won't be able to get the improvements? The game has now started to turn into torture rather than fun. Many of my neighbors quite rightly quit the game. Maybe it's time to let go...

    Hello loyajova,

    As updated here, the Upgrade has been moved to Gold step in Quest 1, Level 4 so Cuca's are not needed to earn that reward now.

    Since I did the event before the edit was made, I have 2 upgrades in my inventory. Can you please upload the 3rd upgrade to my account?

    Why isn't there a mode in this forum that can respond to us in a timely manner? And why haven't I gotten the upgrade I deserve yet? Please take a look at how many hours have passed since I wrote... Do I have to pay for other people's mistakes? I will install the item, but I have to wait because of your insensitivity... Why then??? By behaving like this, do you want to tell me to leave the game behind?

    Please note that the EN forum hosts many different countries and the EN Team is from around the world and due to time zone differences and real life responsibilities, we ask for your patience until someone is available. The event has only been running 4 hours. I can tell you that the event began for me at 4 AM and I was not online.
