Cuckoo breeding

​

As announced in the Comic #8 FAQ cuckoos will be released as a normal breeding animal. This means that:

• The cuckoo coops will be available in the shop.
• The workshop moustache salon and upgrades will be buildable in the workshop.
• There will be a permanent colored cuckoo FSQ
• There will be a permanent golden moustache FSQ

In addition the 4 event FSQ that we had in the past will be made permanent:

• Cuckoo kids
• Covert cuckoos
• Cuckoo for cuckoos
• Cuckoo secrets

All of this is from the Comic #8 FAQ. Now for some rumors I think it is a safe bet that we will have a short time breeding quest next week, similar to the Fit to the max quest for chameleons. Accompanied by a baby boom day during the weekend. The permanent quests will probably be introduced after the event is finished, at least it usually is like this.

How to prepare for this event? Mill power feed and buy cuckoos from the market

I just got done setting up my trees and stalls that I tore down last fast rush event..............
Can someone tell me when this is going to start? I can find March, think that old date....

I can only mill 10 PF until BBD. I have some feed in progress.
I hope the requirements for this breeding won't be taxing...
Otherwise I have 72,000 Cuckoos. However, forgot to prepare for the Moustaches. Silly me...

Any info on the 4 previous FSQ's retaining your progress from before? They did when they returned as timed events.

 

Yes, at the bottom of the FAQs on Comic 8.

"- All quests from past cuckoo events will become permanent in the near future
- Cuckoos from now on will not drop from stables & workshops any more (like in the old cuckoo events), but can be produced in their own stable"

 

oh so now we will have to feed cuckoos too?

 

So that's why the price on them has been creeping up!!

 

Good thing I had lots of cuckoo drops before we had to feed them, I finished 2 levels of farming contest easily

 

so glad i hung onto some cuckoos rather than donated them all to my trophy ....

 

The feed for them on my market is getting close to 650 CC but the cuckoos themselves still going for around 120 CC. I'm glad I have a few hundred put back too!!

 

i have 4220 so should be a help out .... lol i just wish i had that many of EVERY animal in my barn lol .....

 

I know! On this break between events my fields are covered in pens. I had made 100 of each feed and am growing every animal I have access to! I'll get back to crops later. My animal stocks were hurting after the different events using them!!!

 

Yes i need to get some pens down as well .... I have over 100 of each animal feed in my barn at lest ..... its a never ending battle .... i wish i wasn't such a FOCD about events lol .....

 

Oh me too! I didn't even realize it was an issue until the events were back to back! I said, "Oh, I can sit this or that out. I can just do the parts to get what I want." And then there I was gunning for all of everything! LOL Now I am taking the time to finally really survey the damage and it sure isn't pretty.
