Customer Care - Wrongful Closure.

***How do I contact Customer Care to report a wrongful thread closure??***
(I do not have any email yet)

Untrue accusations have been made and inaccurate and wrongful 'labels' were given as 'reasons' for closure.
I invite everyone to judge for yourselves whether or not this thread should have been closed because it - in part - deals with the physical things happening now, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, etc., here on earth....just as the thread "weather!!!" in Gabfest also does.

The rest deals with the reasons for my leaving this game. If I had any doubts as to whether or not leaving will be beneficial...this has sealed the deal!

The purpose of the last few posts is given right before it was closed.

Please do not be upset with the person who mistakenly closed it. It looked to me like it might simply have been caused by 'rush reading', and not paying enough attention - and thereby getting the facts wrong.

I have contacted Customer Care last Friday. Am still waiting to hear from them. Feels more like Customer Doesn't Care.

Do you have any more suggestions? I have heard from others that there was nothing political in that thread. Is it possible for you to re-read, and re-consider your assessment? We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made, especially if rushed or under pressure.

That would be fine - but they are not dealing with it. It has been 4 days, and still no answer.

Since today is my last day before leaving my farms, I was hoping to have this corrected, as I do not like leaving with something like this being the last thing I will remember about this game. It was a shock, and hurtful, and will have a negative effect on any thoughts of returning.

One response was too quick, another response is too slow in your opinion You have been given many opportunities to cease offending others. That was your choice. Making us responsible for your actions is judicial and unfair It shouldn't be required in a family forum.

NO ONE has ever mentioned being offended by anything in that thread!! I have had only positive responses and well wishes. I cannot cease doing something that I am not doing in the first place.

In fact, you should read it again - perhaps you are thinking of some other thread. If not, please give me the specific parts that are offensive - and if they actually are, I will apologize.

Just as I am responsible for my actions - so are you, too, responsible for yours, and trying to make me responsible for yours in self defense is unfair and unconscionable!!! I find this trumped up action and wrongful accusations offensive in the extreme.

If I have offended anyone, I would appreciate you letting me know ASAP so I may make it right.

Of course you will. That would be much easier than actually answering the above answer to you. But you know it does not belong in Feedback, as that deals with Events.
So, where else would you consider the 'correct' place to resolve this - other than here?
And BTW, I am just trying to post a goodbye to my Friends and Neighbors. Of course it will have a similar title to the one that was mistakenly closed, as most of my goodbyes were said in that one.
What is the world coming to when you cannot even say goodbye to your friends?!

Edit: Would you tell me, please, just what, specifically, is offensive in that closed thread?? I am completely puzzled by this whole thing!
