Customer orders - when it's not "Season" time?!

    Can I somehow fulfill customers' wishes even then, through something other than a sign when it's NOT Season time?

    In those new tasks when they ask for such things, that "gray statue" that is for example in the city and opens a pop-up...

    EDIT: OK, I found it ! Right button on Farmers Society House in the city or "on the left side in screen" same button - SORRY
