    Is there a place where customer orders are explained?
    I'm trying to find some detailed info, for example;
    I have days when Van Ramme is asking for insane amounts of animals (50 Anaconda, 50 Elephant, 50 Panda etc) for low EP payments so I'll just skip him on these days.
    Am I punished for skipping him on that day? It seems that the next day the EP payments are much lower.
    Is this info detailed somewhere

    I don't think there is any info on this in the forum, see the FAQ.

    I am not a mod, but what I can tell you is that the EP/BEP/CC is calculated based on the exchange value (EV) for the things requested and that the rate of EP/EV is fixed (at least as long as you keep the same level). You can check this yourself by writing down the total EV for the things requested in an order together with the EP offered.

    I am not sure if the EP/EV is lowered if you go down a level, I haven't tested that.

    Hello, I am not a mod also, but I advise to check back on the farm orders, I have been playing for 3 years and never saw Van Ram asks for more than 10 animals at level 5, and at level 4 he asks for 8, that is also the same with Tiger dood and all the other customers for the main farm, I never saw a requirement of 50 animals per order, and usually they do not offer good CC return, but the EP and the BEP are good, I do the farm orders for the experience points, and the EP amount depends on the crops or animals level.

    As explained, rewards are linked to the items being asked for. If you miss a day, your happiness points are reduced slightly (by 2pts a day).
