Hi, I used to be able to highlight an IGM's message so I could copy and paste the information on to MS Word. Today, I tried and I can't highlight anything with my mouse. Is there a keyboard short cut that I can use so I can select everything so I can then cut and paste? Thanks!

    Hello sglick :)

You can select content of the IGM after replying to it, by hitting the Reply button and then placing your cursor inside the text box. As soon as you do that, you can press CTRL and A keys at the same time for selecting the whole message, then CTRL and C for copying it. To paste it into MS Word, you can use either right click -> paste / edit -> paste in the menu / or the CTRL and V on your keyboard. CTRL + V combination will also work to paste a message into the reply text boxt after typing it in MS Word.
Did this work? Is there anything else I can assist you with?

I knew that. LOL I hate it when my mind plays tricks on me and I can't remember how to tie my shoe. I am not that bad, but it feels like it some days. Thanks for reminding me. Maybe, this reply will help some one else. BTW, I am planning on a nice and fun goodie for Thanksgiving.

I think you were just trying to see if we know, sglick xD That's ok, we're happy to remind things now and again, otherwise we would be boooored. I'm not sure about tying your shoes though... But I would recommend fuzzy cosy house slippers! :p

Looking forward to hear more about your nice and fun Thanksgiving goodie!
