Daily gift and log in streak issues

    I am having the same problem on all my farms, the log in streak is showing as 1 but I am unable to claim the daily gift (free spins) as timer is greyed out and counting down.
    Like others I clicked on the day 31 but no trees,
    I have just read that the log in streak has been resolved but having refreshed it is still as above
    HELP!

    Hello discovery111,

    We are awaiting further news from the Game Team. As soon as we have any more information, we will update this thread.
    Have you tried refreshing your farm to see if the calendar resets to the correct prize?

    Yes I have tried everything, on all the farms - all are showing the same although 1 has now had the free spins credited but still showing one day log in bonus
    I will wait and hope it is sorted soon thank you.

    I have just tried to claim the login gift today (the one I should have got yesterday but when I click on the green claim button nothing is happening and still showing as 1 login streak, not sure if I should start a new post or add this problem here.
    Obviously issues are still not resolved.

    We are still awaiting a fix from the Game Team for the DLB issues. As soon as we have news, it will be updated here.
