Daily Gift Issue

When I claimed today's gift

1. I was at 365 days - count was reset to 0 then changed to 1 when I claimed the gift
2. I did not receive 3 'Erie" trees shown on day 31 shown as claimed
3. I ran a disk clean-up and refreshed
4. Screen changed to day 1-7 with no gifts claimed and streak of 1


Guessing someone thought there were 31 days in September.

Since others are having the same issue - also guessing it's system wide and you are now aware of the issue and fixing the problem. As long as this is the case, I do not need an individual response and please close the thread after the issue is resolved.

I believe the issue should be resolved. Please refresh to see if the correct day is now shown.

1. Screen now shows day 1-7 and system shows daily gifts as unclaimed
1. I did not received the 3 Erie Trees - I have not yet claimed the wheel spins
2. Streak shows as 1 - yesterday I hit 365 days.

OP said "Screen changed to day 1-7 with no gifts claimed and streak of 1", which means they have already refreshed and that the correct day is now showing, but their login streak is still messed up.

The login streak issue has yet to be resolved.

 

As the wrong day and prizes were shown for the 31st, no rewards should be received. I will leave the thread opened until we have further news from the Game Team regarding the Login streak.
