Daily Gifts

I have 3 farms. Two of them have received the gift for the 19th already but this farm shows that it is on the 18th; why? It used to be on the same day as the others but during this last event it changed.

If you do correct it to the proper date I would appreciate receiving the 1 hour +1 harvest gift in inventory instead of being activated right away. That way I can choose to use it when harvesting my crops and not have it activated as soon as I log in and not realizing that it is being used.

You opened day 12 on 2019-03-13 16:12:53. The day refers to login days, not the calendar date. When you miss a day collecting your daily gift, you can collect it the next day you log in.

We cannot change it to a date to match your other farms. On the farm in question, you didn't collect the daily gift from Fuzzles during the 24 hours it was available. As you have not collected it yet, you can select a day/time it is convenient for you to benefit from the bonus, but it will activate as soon as you claim it. It is not a permanent bonus that you can save.

I thought if you did not open the daily gift you just missed it and it went on to the next. I did not know that you could delay opening gifts and that they would stay there until you did.

I did open the gift but apparently it was one of those cases where it did not take because of computer problems and players have to refresh the game in order for it to work.
