Daily log-in bonus in vacation mode

Am I correct in understanding that vacation mode will no longer log us in while we're on holiday, meaning that we will miss the daily prizes offered by Woolly Fuzzletop despite having vacation mode? That has previously been my primary reason for getting vacation mode, but if we're not going to get credit for logging in ( i.e. the current prizes instead of daily spin ) then I really don't see the point in getting it.

Does vacation mode have some other value that I am missing?

Fuzzles has never given out prizes if he has not been visited. It is only the daily accumulation bonus that did not reset (the actual number of days that fuzzles was visited without being missed). As this new feature does not have that, as this will be reset each month, it is no longer applicable.

Vacation mode stops your Thermometer dropping so you do not loose your Neighbours and your Farmhouse Customer's points do not drop.

My misunderstanding; for some reason, I thought Fuzzles accumulated up to 5 free daily spins during vacation mode. Thank you for setting me straight, and for explaining about the thermometer and customer points as well.

It's clear that I'm not thinking well since I'm revising poor Fuzzles's name. I think I must be on Viking singer overload. I will simply slip back to my farm now.

Yes, with Fuzzles and vacation mode, you could accumulate 5 free spins on your return, but that will no longer be possible as spins are not given out daily in the future.
