Daily login bonus

There is a special gift and says to eat cake 5 days in a row to get that gift. <The "Productivity" starter pack awaits you> But that gift has red color and since last month (or 2) is not changing. All gifts in row have all colors but since log time that red one is not coming as gift. It's stuck on that pillow.
And yes, I cleared all and have last flash... But this problem exist no matter what PC or tab I use. I tried from other PC and tab and is same.
And one more question. I fave in the park sand castle and sea horse. I wanted to move them on the clouds but the message that 'they will be goon forever', appears. If I delete them so I can move them to cloud, they will be gone forever?

The red present is rewarded when you reach one of the specific reward levels. You need to login every day to obtain it. If you miss a day, the reward resets back to Day 1. Once you have one it for the first time, you can win it randomly, but is not common. Here is the Daily Login Bonus FAQ to explain the reward levels.

The seasonal gift items are limited charge items. Once all the charges have been used, they become decoration only items and once deleted, are gone forever. If you have any of them left in your inventory, they can be placed in the clouds before they are used.

So that present is not gifted after each 5 days consecutive just sometimes? Or when I will reach level 90 (like in daily login bonus FAQ?)?

I will try to explain the gift possibilities for your farm level.

There are several gift packages that can be won only once - one for each group of levels, after 5 consecutive days of logging in (the 5rh day) Right now, you are in the levels 70-89 group and this unique gift is "High Level Crafting": 40 Mandrakes + 40 Herbal Elixir + 10 Stars. You have gotten this package on your first 5th+ login day after reaching level 70. Until you reach level 90, you will not get another unique one-time package.

If you play daily, your gift options are the following: 1 free wheelspin plus one of the rewards listed below:

• 30 EP x Your level
• 4 Super grow
• 1 Freespin
• 40 EP x Your level
• 1 star
• 15% more EP for 30 minutes
