Daily present fails

    I've clicked into the daily present three times and clicked on the cake. The popup message object comes up, but there's no text. I cleared my cache and tried again. Is it just me or is something going around?

    I am not sure which daily present you are referring to :eek: can you be more specific? Do you mean the loyalty bonus from the News Page?

    I have same problem,didn't got Birthday bonanza 2012 'cos there is no red button to click and got Birthday bonanza 2012 like yesterday... Can you tell me why?

    After checking your logs I noticed you have not collected the daily login bonus yet, the last one being on the 26th of January at 01:05:10 CET, 4 units of supergrow. Please be so kind and try clearing your Flash cache as well, not just the browser one, and try collecting your gift again. If you encounter the same problem, please let us know, and also, send in a Support ticket to have the bonus collected for yourself by the team and avoid breaking the chain of hundreds of login days.

    Please be so kind and post your own thread and we will be happy to look into this matter for you. We stick to one player / thread to make sure we offer our best assistance even if we are talking about the same problem (in this case though, they are different - the original poster inquires about his daily login bonus while you are referring to the loyalty givers).
