    So, that's where I use the gear coins I am earning?? And why can't I get into anything with my brimstone pitchforks???? I have 4 now and nothing opens for me.

    To get access to the floor where you can use your pitchforks, you need to have unlocked the two trapdoors in the previous floors

    Activate trapdoor on tile #2Activate trap door on tile #1

    I asume that the Gear Coins you are talking about are the ones you are getting from feeding the critters, you can spend them by clicking the shopping basket in the event screen that is located at the top of the creen almost right to the middle :
