    I purchased the dark clouds rising bundle over a week ago and still have not received it. Can you help me with this?

    The Dark Cloud pack did not contain the items needed for the Cloud row, but contained:
    To check your account, we need your ID#.

    my ID# is 43962900 - if the package deal did not include the items needed to complete the row how do I get them? Thank you for your prompt attention.

    All your items from the basket were added successfully. Your XL Dark Queen's Apple is in your inventory and can be added to a base tree next Moonlight Mania Event. The Spooky Firefly stall can be found in your normal Animal Inventory and can be placed on any of the Mainlands.
    As stated in the Announcement:
