default backend 404

    What dose this mean I have been trying to play but this is what I get when try to log in. Finally got in on Farmerama.com but not sure if this is right. I'm playing in unity I.D. # 54101839. also the farmerama symbol is grey earth instead the the chicken

    Hello Sue46,

    Did you previously log in direct to Farmerama.com or did you log in through a third-party site like BigFish? Which system do use? Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps?

    I've cleared browser and cookies but still can't use unity. All I get is a white page that states "default backend 404"I don't know what that means. Right now I'm using the down loaded client, it's slow but working. To the best of my knowledge I did not log in to Farmerama.com.

    When you log in to the game before you get the error message, would you please check the web address and verify what you are logging in through? What browser are you using that gives you the error? Please try a different browser to see if that fixes the problem.
