    This is not a problem, for me, but I suppose it could be for others if its consistent.

    I was not incredibly surprised to get a new neighbor. I got a gift, the neighbor was on my list. I figured I just approved and forgot. I basically never turn neighbors down. However, several minutes AFTER all of that, I see a message asking me if I want this new neighbor.

    As I said, its not at all a problem for me. I cannot remember when I have ever refused a neighbor, but I can see where it might be an issue for others, which is why I am mentioning it.

    Hello woody,

    Pending Neighbours awaiting acceptance, show on their Neighbour Tab, greyed out. They probably sent a gift when they requested an invitation. It is possible they sent the Gift to you a while before the Pop up arrived to announce their Neighbour request. We will pass this onto the Game Team.
