Delux Pheromones - Breeding results.

Okay, after initial good going it seems we're back to nothing ..

30 level 3 breedings without deluxe:

29 * level 3 -> level 4
1 * level 3 -> level 5

17 level 4 breedings without deluxe:

15 * level 4 -> level 5
2 * level 4 -> level 6

10 level 5 breeding with 4 deluxe applied

8 * level 5 -> level 6
2 * level 5 -> level 7

Aaaaargh.

 

With BBD, I bred 1 time, 4 base camels and used 4 super love. Got 2 snow camels and 1 silver medal.
Super love with BBD is no use at all. I'm using roses for candy baskets only. Good luck everyone.

 

Totally agree with above comments, WHAT A WASTE, done over 20 breedings using 4 Deluxe (LOL) Pheromones, only 3 off then skipped up by 1, had better results just playing with usual on Babyboom, several, 2-3 skips , maybe the script is as tight as the Carnival goodies giveaways ))) Oh Well, we live , we learn !!!!

 

The final for today:

2 level 6 breeding with 4 deluxe applied

2 * level 6 -> level 8 (golden hen and dollar duck added to inventory)

All in all I'm good with the results so far. Hope posting my results of a good bunch of breedings are of any help.

I suppose it's not fair to base anything off of one breeding still. I bred 4 wild boars with 4 regular and deluxe pheromones applied, my result... 1 mini pig (no skip) 1 brown pig. How is that in any way an improvement?

My deduction is it's not worth it to give up my roses and pheromones to get the deluxe pheromones.

 

Bred 4 Gorillas, with 4 Deluxe Pheromones... got a Tiki Monkey, a Squirrel Monkey and a Bronze medal. Such a waste

To me... seems like it increases the skips of your additional results, not what you're breeding with and hoping for the ultimate skip from.

 

Well, I am glad I didn't go out of my way for the Deluxe pheromones So sorry that it is such a flop though Think there is probably going to be alot of feedback for this item

I unintentionally followed you advice - didn't get an opportunity to harvest until now. Here are the results!
This is bats only with one deluxe pheromone each and Baby boom harvest! Not sure if deluxe helped any. Or it was BB influence....

1 Albino 1 Brown x3
2 Albino x3
1 Albino 2 Bats x3
2 Bats 1 Brown

 

Further breedings trying Deluxe, 3 using 4 off, result O skips, actually ending up with more base animals in result than usual with Baby Boom!!! Am disappointed and can only assume is a teething glitch that techs CAN sort out for future use !!! Had high hopes for this weekend and was looking forward to it, including buying even more PF, guess that has gone out window Will still mill as can store in barn, hopefully be better next time around and will have plenty to use LOL As for this weekend , will just use Baby Boom as getting better results !!!!!

 

I tested the Deluxe Pheromones with the 10 that were given.

Results:
Better results without using them.
When I used 2 Deluxe Pheromones instead of 1 Deluxe Pheromone the results were worse. Using one I got what could be considered as regular skips -- when I used 2 I did not get any skips (tried twice).

I have 3 farms and the results were the same for all of them. Expected good skips using them but did not receive them -- the breeding without them had better skips.

 

My results were so poor using the Deluxe Pheromones, I will never use them again.

I tried out the deluxe Pheromones i got 10 of them from Bunny Love Event Step 2. They are not effective at all i was getting better skips without them !!

I certainly will not be milling any Deluxe Pheromones, nor will I buy them from Carnival Market either. I am going to stop growing Sweetheart Roses. As i got plenty of them in my barn. Now it boost drop rates of candy baskets. Go back to making Floral Candy Baskets to get more decent prizes than misleading us with better slips using deluxe pheromones

 

I built a PINK WORKSHOP for Bear - Hammock. My first ever pink workshop. Happy. And I did not use any deluxe potion.

 

Yay, 12!! Too bad they don't make Pink hammocks

 

4 furry bats with 3 deluxe potions and baby boom i got 1 sporty bat and 1 albino bat.

Jazac with 3 sporty bat you can build Bat Guano production pen. It gives you 2 bat guano product per harvest.

 

I had a serious rethink and read Bunny Love FAQ again. For me it is not worth getting the 2nd Cloud Row, reason why the Duck Dwelling + Upgrades is more effective placed in Shipwreck. As you can benefit more from this Giver, using Giver EP Bonus Cloud Row, All Pets, All Buffs, EP Bonus won on Farm Wheel etc

Not only Cloud Row 2 only Gives 550 x Farm Level. As i manged to get at least twice as much TEP from this giver as you take advantage to level up Baha quicker than your Main Farm. So i am happy to spotted this As i am at Level 368 on Baha compared to 113 on Main Farm

Be warn just place basic Duck Dwelling on 1st Cloud Row, Place the upgraded 2nd Duck Dwelling in the Shipwreck it is most effective way to gain EP/TEP.

To be honest Deluxe Pheromones it beyond a Joke It is not effective as it typed up to be it does not give us any good skips it is just the same just breeding during normal Baby Boom. Why Bigpoint introduce us into thinking we will get better skips from Breeding it is no annoying let down big time yet again Back to the Drawing Board work on something that actually works

At least we got some nice givers and rewards from this event, without the need to donate Breeding Animals

 

Good tip about the Classy Duck Dwelling giving so many TEP Mooboy (86 TEP x farm level every 11 hrs).

I really hope BP fixes the Deluxe Pheromones to give better results... if they really worked the way they should have I would have milled them like crazy. I have 100 in the barn... hopefully they do something eventually other than just collect dust!

 

I didn't get any better results from the delux pheromones either. When I switched to reg. pheromones, I got a trapper beaver from reg. beavers. That was my only skip of any significance this BBD.

 

I feel I should have posted this earlier as I started this thread...
With BBD, you can get a free animal of any level which in some cases can be confused with the result of the breedings. I did not include any results where it was possible to confuse the BBD 'twin' with the breeding result, e.g where a level 2 breeding results in a level 3 and a level 4 animal. The delux pheromones are supposed to work on the breeding result only.

83 breedings with no delux pheremones got me 8 skips, or roughly a 9% chance of a skip
20 breedings with 1 delux pheromone got me 7 skips, or a 35% chance!

I think I was quite lucky with skips but there is a very clear difference for me.
