Did not receive recipe from quest

    8) I completed task #8 in the Totally Tea FSQ and was awarded the Green Mateato recipe....but can not find it anywhere. I am only level 3 Spa...is it a higher level recipe?
    Please tell me what happened to my recipe.

    The Green Mateato is a level 5 recipe. As soon as you reach this level, it will be waiting for you.
