Didn't get the Date Palms I paid for

    I just bought an Ostrich Pen and then bought 4 Date Palms and didn't get the trees! >:(I paid a lot of CCs for them! (10,000). I have only been playing since June 1st. So you know this hurts!! Is there something that can be done please?

    FYI ~ I have waited quite a while. I asked a friend and he said I should send a message to SUPPORT about the error. I did that. I would delete this post but I don't know how.
