Disappearing Active Buffs

I started the Tomato Event the usual way with larger fields and SG. When I had enough event crops to fill a field I switched to the 1x1s and used 5 CACs and a PPP so that it would last me awhile. The event hasn't been running long enough to have used these and I did not delete them.

I logged into the game and I have no active buffs. Where did they go? At first the buff icon (below the event timer icon) did not even appear on the screen. I went to another location and then clicked on it again and the icon was there but I had no buffs. Is this a problem with the game; BP's employees or is it the work of my harasser who tries to make my life a living *%&^? ( ask this because in the past you have said that no one else complains about the issues I complain about.

I refreshed the page and the same thing (no buffs). I have used another CAC just so I can harvest my crops.

I don't see how this could be a problem where I have to clear my browser, clear cache, refresh, etc. if all 3 farms are using the same computer and only one was affected.

You started the last Carrot-apple chutney at 2019-05-18 20:07:02 with a pinkie pie pie added. It has around 12 hrs left and ends at 2019-05-19 14:07:02. Is it possible you have confused which farms you used the greater quantities of CA on?

The CAC you are referring to is the one I added so that I could harvest my crops today. Also there is no active PPP on it as shown in the picture I provided. I am referring to the CAC and PPP that was added prior to that.

I am not confused my Farm nm56 and nm561 used multiple CACs with PPP and my farm nlm24 did not have a PPP so one was used (see pictures provided above). One had 4 CACs and the other two had 5.

I think instead of checking the last addition you need to go back to the two (or three) before that -- you should see that there should be approximately the same amount of time remaining on Farm nm56 as there is on nm561. If it shows additions of CAC twice and a PPP after that then it should have alot of time. If it shows a deletion of CAC then there is either a problem with hackers on my end or your end.

 

I an see that only one CAC was started on nm56 at the times stated above. You are right that no PPP was used. I cannot see any logs for Multiple CAC's being used on this Farm. The last CAC used on this farm previous to the time shown above was on the 10th May.
nlm24 started multiple CAC's at 2019-05-17 16:49:52 and they end on 2019-05-21 10:49:52, which would equal 4 days.
nm561 started multiple CAC's at 2019-05-17 17:32:08 and they end on 2019-05-22 14:32:08, which would equal 5 days.

This corresponds to the pics supplied, that these two are the farms where multiple CAC's were used.

If you believe the log is wrong and multiple CAC's were used on all 3 Farms, you will need to contact Support to further check your logs.

I do believe the logs are incorrect because multiple CACs were used on all 3 farms and then it just disappeared overnight on my main farm nm56.

I do not see what good it would do to contact Support as you state there is no record of it showing on the log.
Past experience tells me that they will just say what you have already told me that "the logs show..."

If I had a computer hacker harassing me your logs would show that they were added and then deleted but since this is not the case it had to be done at BPs end.

Close thread -- I will just add more CACs and PPP to last me for a while.
