Disappearing event crops

I'm attempting to play the Lunch Atop The Farm and Treasure Aplenty events but I cannot seem to get credit for the number of crops I've harvested.

In the Lunch Atop The Farm event, I just reaped the Main Field and the Green Meadow where I have 44 4-banger fields of Cogwheel Flower in each (a total of 8. I should have at least (88 times 5 = 440. Then I reloaded the 88 fields with Cogwheel Flower. By my calculations I should have at least 352 (440-8 Cogwheel Flowers in my barn. I only have 192.

Similarly, in the Treasure Aplenty event, I just reaped 82 4-banger fields of Hawaiian Bloom and reloaded the fields. I think I should have at least 328 Hawaiian Blooms in my barn but I only have 198. Not enough to mill one Sketched Map.

Can you explain where the crops are?

I cannot tell how many crops were in your Barn previously. As you have 192 Cogwheel flowers in your Barn now, next time your crops are ready to harvest, can you check the amount received after harvesting, then again after replanting and report back, so we can check if the correct amount has been credited.

There were no more than five in the barn of each before harvest.

I just duplicated yesterday.s harvest and sow and now have the following:

Cogwheel Flower 544 (a net gain of 352)

Hawaiian Bloom 526 (a net gain of 32

It appears that yesterday I was shorted 160 Cogwheel Flowers and 130 Hawaiian Blooms
