Disappointed Renzo reward

    It took several months to build up enough chips to purchase the artisans plot for 1250 chips, but since I already am a baker, I was unable to use this reward. Now I am out 1250 chips and don't have a florist or confectioner plot to show for it. :(

    Howdy!

    If you have unlocked all 3 main crafts, this prize is useless. You can spend all these chips to buy the decos and the other rewards from the Renzo's Shop.

    You can not unloch Spa and Alchemist with that.

    Why where you unable to use it POD? You should have been able to unlock the confectioner or florist. If you can't, you can ask the mods for help :)

    I think you have a Bakery, Confectionery and Florist open already. If so then purchasing the artisans plot for 1250 is quite useless. If this is the case, then contact the Support & see whether anything can be done.

    The Spa and Alchemist trades can only be unlocked through the Tree of Wisdom for 150 stars each, after reaching level 70.

    I am not certain but I don't think the craft space can be purchased with your Renzo coins if you already have 2 or 3 shops open. I would also encourage you to request help from either mods or Support. You should have been able to open either the Confectionery or Florist. If you went directly from the Fair where your turned in your coins to the Artisan village, perhaps a refresh will solve the problem. Good luck!:)
