    Not able to purchase discount dash offer or send a report to bank support because Farmerama choice in game selection is grayed out. I have been having problems with purchasing items for many months and have reported some of them Using the bank support tab but have not received any email answer. How can this be solved?? I have been using a gift card which seems to be successful but my debit card will not go thru and I do not know why since I never get an answer. Can you help???? I have also tried to use the open bucks tab but the Farmerama game choice is also grayed out.

    May I help? Debit cards are more funny when it comes to transaction to a different country. Most banks sends you messages or calls you. If your bank does none , then maybe talking to someone at your bank to get a better idea. I am guessing though since none of that I said matters to you. Your bank more likely wont approve it.
    I get a message from mine. When I don't and they decline my buys. I call them... set it up... 10 minutes later I am retrying my buy.. and wham it works. Maybe you can do that with your bank.
