FAQ Dog Pageant

event crop: Dog Hedges - plantable on the 3 main lands (main, meadow and glade)
event drop: Gift Box - from harvesting your main lands: (main, meadow, glade) from trees, crops, stables and workshops.

There are 4 dogs and you have to prepare gifts for them and give it to them. Each dog requires 3 gifts. Therefore totally to finish the event we have to wrap 12 gifts.

The event crops and drop items are same for all the 3 types of gifts for a dog. But the barn requirements differ.

Total Event Crop & Drop requirements :

• Event Crop (Dog Edges) = 27,900

6300 + 6750 + 7200 + 7650​

• Event Drop (Gift Boxes ) = 900

240 + 225 + 225 + 210​

Barn requirements : (You can choose from the following options for each gifts)

For Dog 1 : Peanut the German Shepherd
50 humming birds / 40 Dolphins / 40 Gazelles / 40 Koalas
30 Lobsters / 30 cranes /30 Yaks / 30 Rhinos

For Dog 2 : Butter the Dobermann
30 Mirabelle Plims / 710 Pitombas / 340 Pine cones / 600 Acai Berries /
500 Grape fruits / 440 Achacha fruits/ 430 Tamrind fruits / 400 Nectarines

For Dog 3 : For Dog 2 : Butter the Dobermann
260 pumpkins / 1500 Habaneros / 220 Oyset mushrooms / 1360 Stevia
270 potatoes / 310 toators / 260 cucumbers / 250 blackberries

For Dog 4 : Cream the Dalmatian
40 cow milk / 40 parrot feathers / 20 eggs / 10 bikinis
10 fangbrushes / 10 boxing gloves / 10 skateboards / 10 goat milk

I think I will give this one a miss ... too much already! I won't be around much so not going to stress over it. The prizes are pretty lame - only one thing I would want and that would be the Polka Dot Wonder Stable but knowing my luck, it will be a Yellow Egg Farm!

My puppy will not even tolerate a bow!! Good luck all, this is classified as an Easy event.

 

I have not prepared my fields for drops. I have put beavers, bees & peacock along with few tortoise pens & boxing gloves workshop to stock up for breeding event & for tomorrows event.

 

Well I don't even need to tell you that I'm all in - of course I am - PUG!

At least it's a 'grow and throw'...I like it when we don't need to stop milling PF and/or stable foods.

 

Call me out for this one. A few things on Baha not unlocked and honestly not enthused with this.

I'm in...but dread breaking up my main farm...again . I have been raising dogs....foolishly thinking it would require dogs.

I would like to sit this one out, but a crate of goofy animals a day from the cloud row is too tempting. The goofy animal crate gives a level 3 breeding animal

 

I really wonder If we can deliver the same required items more than once.

 

You can deliver 3 gifts for each character. And If I understand correctly, yes, you can give the same gift more than once for each character. Example: I will choice the 4th wrapping and the 4th accessory for all the gifts.

EDIT: Sorry, for each character we need 3 different presents. The same wrappings can be used as many times as we like. Thank you xristos-ale3andros.

 

Have had a break for the last events. Not sure, if I will do this one, as we will need LOTS of barn stuff for this as well as huge amounts of event plants and drops.
Do I really empty my barn for this??
Not sure yet. Hadn't prepared anything, so drops are low, but will make up for it later, if I am playing it.

I will be skipping this event as I want to get my stables back out! So to my neighbors please gift drop to others.

I will be doing this one and am blessed with plenty of the donation items. The general rewards aren't exciting, but the CR is worth consideration.

Mir has already pointed out the value of the goofy animal crate. With the increasing call for breeding animals in events, my opinion is the CR is worth obtaining. The initial cost in time and donations may seem high but the daily reward in level three animals (and the PF and pheremone saved) will be an ongoing benefit.

If I understood correctly we have to deliver 3 out of 4 presents for each character, so we cannot repeat the present.
For each character we need 3 different presents.
The same wrappings can be used as many times as we like.
... I would also prefer to be able to repeat the same combinations.

What you call accessory is named present in the FAQ.

 

Strategy....get someone to slap me around some so I am not so over whelmed with all these events and my RL There are so many new and shiny things.....

It's going to take forever to give these gifts to the doggies. 2100 event crop per gift is steep! Grow, grow, grow and eventually throw.

 

It's ironic that, as I decided not to do this event and so have not made any attempt to get drops - although it was very mean to start an event on the same day that other events ended so not really possible to plant long growing crops ... sorry I digress - I have 336 drops after 24 hours! I know a lot these came from gifts but even so!

I am still not tempted. I haven't even got a tab opened for the FAQs. I'm growing what I want in my main fields and it feels pretty good!
