Donation of animals - step 5

Hi,
I was about to complete step 5 of the event with the donation of animals. According to my numbers I should have donated 621100 by now, but the display shows 550900 instead. I did not verified the total after each donation, so it is possible I forgot to donate some animal or donated an amount different than what I planned. However, I was keeping track of the kind of animals I donated, so it seems strange to me to come up with 70k less than expected. Could you please check if the amount displayed by the game is correct according to the donation I did? Thanks a lot.

The amount seems correct I am afraid, your logs say you have donated on this step: 2200.00 Sunchokes, 100.00 Chestnut munchkins and 550900.00 worth of animals.

thanks for your answer. I know those are the figures the system displays, but I was wondering if from the log it is possible to see the details of the donation. I mean how many animals and of what type? That could help me understand if I donate a wrong amount of some kind of animal, because if I donated the correct amounts I was planning, then it was not counted correctly.

Unfortunately we cannot see this for the event donations logs, I am really sorry. You can try contacting our Customer Care Team from the Support link at the bottom of the game page if you feel the animals are missing, and hopefully they can assist you further.
