Double charged for: Deep-sea Thrill Pack 5

    Hello,

    I got double charged on my credit card for the Deep-sea Thrill Pack 5.

    I submitted a ticket, but they didn't have an option for being double charged. I filed the ticket as error message received. Not sure if I should delete that ticket or not.

    Did you use Payment Support through the Bank? It should have asked you for the type of Payment.

    Yes I did the ticket that way.
    It did ask me what payment and I put credit card.

    They just replied asking me to go to the form?

    Here's what they have replied:

    They have just replied and I edit my post above.

    It seems like they didn't understand what I was trying to say. Which means I still need assistant.

    So, it appears I was charged twice, but received the items both times. If you please go to this link: https://board-en.farmerama.com/threads/deep-blue-offers.41894/ it say's you can only purchase it once.
