    Thought this posted yesterday, don't see so here it goes again. Due to game being down yesterday, I was unable to claim daily gift and advent gift. Day 8. My daily streak was reset. can this be corrected on both so I don't have to pay for advent gift

    You did report yesterday and were answered here.

    However, since then, there was a an announcement that informed players that a script ran to book the daily log in streak plus the calendar gift and if players used BB to open their calendar gift, those would be refunded. Day 8 should show that it has been claimed and there is still time to claim Day 9.

    May I assist you further?

    I apologize. I mistakenly reported to you that the script has run to fix the daily log in streak and calendar gift. It has not run yet. We will announce the details when it has run.
