Drop rate of Fabulous Flowers

I would like to ask below question and hope the technical dept could answer!
Under FAQ of Fabulous flowers. The 2 drops : Paper Bag and flower seed all
come from same sources : all Field Crops,Trees,Pens & Workshops-Main Farms Only
and also 50% chance could come from breeding.
The milling product Seed pack need :55 flower seed & 33 Paper Bag
Base on same sources. So, no matter if there is any drop rate buff had apply or not.
They should not get different affection on two drops item .Am I right ?
And I think if I assume that the two drop item rate should under a ratio of
100% to 60% is logical.
But Very interesting. After Neddy38 discover that she got far more flower seed than Paper Bag when she harvest solely crop and then even get equal ratio when she harvest non crop item half hr before she harvest her crop.
I then check myself as I had also grow hydrangea and just harvest them 1.5 hr before
Here is my record:
Crop: hydrangea(grow time 22:45 hr) all in 1x1 plot
Main Farm got 146 flower seed, 63 paper bag
This field crop 167 plot, other are trees, I don't remember I had harvest tree or not.
Green Meadow got 78 flower seed, 32 paper bag
This field crop 79 plot, and I also harvest some stables and maybe had trees.
Magical Glade got 97 flower seed, 33 paper bag
This Field crop 85 plot and I harvest 2 short time workshop.

As you see, none of 3 field had over 50% drop rate of paper bag compare to flower seed.
The worst is Magical Glade as it come to only 34%

Thus,I would like to ask technical dept. Do there is any program bug on the drop rate of
Paper bag so that it is so low compare to flower seed?
Many Player complain they got very low drop rate already.
And if your original design is more drops come from animal farming. Why don't give us
such information so that we will put more effort on animal farming!

Right now, I had mill 26 seed pack and what I remain is :
301 flower seed, 11 paper bag
If two drop should be 1: 60% or even 50%, I at least should get
150 paper bag.
That is a ridiculous Figure !

The drops from fields are random, it is not based on a 50/50 ratio. We do not know or are we privy to the calculations applied to the drop rate, this is decided by the Game Team. Only the drops that come from breeding are a 50/50 ratio. The feedback about the low drop rate has been forwarded onto the Game Team.

I was quite disappointed to hear that the drops are random.
To me it is quite unacceptable for give out such answer from the game team!
But this is not Mod's responsibility for that.
There is no need to further discuss anything.

All drops whether tools or event drops have always been random. We are not informed of the calculations or ratio Drops are dependent of many things: game level/ howie donut/growth time of crop or tree harvested etc.
