Duck Dwelling was not combined correctly for the clouds

    After placing and removing my Duck Dwelling to the park twice they were combined. As you explained:"There is no problem with placing the items in the Park, then removing them when needed to the Cloudrow. The problem is that one of the "Base" Duck Dwellings needed to stay as the base and the other "Base" Duck Dwelling required to have all 3 curtains applied to fully upgrade it to the "Glorious" Duck Dwelling, which could then be removed from your fields and placed on the appropriate Cloudrow.

    I did contacted them and got an answer:"
    I am sorry but we are unable to do this. On our forum, you can always find event FAQs - check them out please." When I placed a Base in the park I probably used a new base, not the one I used and deleted first time and it was combined this way. Is anything else I can do to UNCOBINE them so I can complete the cloud ROWS? I think you event instructions does not give any warnings that it could happen and you can loose all Dwellings needed for the cloud row....

    I understand that the upgrades were applied incorrectly accidentally, but only Support can resolve the error. I'm sorry that they can't undo the upgrades:( but there is nothing I can do. You can leave your thoughts in Player Feedback so it can be shared with the Game Team.

    thank you, you can close it now. It is very sad that I completed the event and cannot complete the cloud rows and support team was no help at all......

    Good news! Support will be fixing the issues for the Duck Dwellings and you will be able to use your cloud rows you won in the event. Please contact Support again for assistance in resolving the upgraded items.

    Thank you. I did contacted Support a second time and they fixed it! I can complete the clods!!!
