    Hello vizcacha,

    I have moved your post to a more appropriate section.

    Ear Warmers are produced by the Ear Warmer Factory (Koala Workshop). If you did not win one in the associated Event, you can build one in the City Workshop, providing you have opened the Koala Statue in the Monkey Temple.
