    Just to confirm...once MM is over the Eerie Arbor...disappears with it and returns the next MM

    Hello elimeno :)

    As with all MM quests, the Eerie Arboretum quest will remain in the FSQ building in the city. You can donate to the quests at any time, but you will have to wait until next MM to grow the crops or place the Arboretum if you do not finish this time. If you mean the actual storage building, yes, it will be on your field just like the trees, stables and crops and will be closed until next MM.
