Egg warmer refund

Hello my friendly Mods
Can I please check about the refund for my egg warmer. I had one in my barn & while I have read in various posts (including the Tech Announcements) that there was a problem & instead of 39 BBs being booked to all players some only 34 however I don't think I've been booked anything yet. I've also checked my barn & the warmer has disappeared.

For once I took note that before the script was due to run & I had 1082 BBs and since then I have spent 230 which has left me with 852.

Could you please check to see if I am correct & also advise if I will eventually get 39 BBs added to my account.

Update: I just spent another 75 BBs on Wonder Stables

The script has not finished running to book back the last 4BB's. If you would like your account checked, you need to post your ID#.

Oh I'm so sorry, my account ID is 5542686. Just so I'm clear I don't believe I've received the first 35 BBs. I've also just spent another 75 BBs on Baha Wonder Stables. If you could please check my account that would be wonderful.

The initial script, booking 35 BBs, is still running as well. I have checked your account and I can definitely confirm that you have 1 egg warmer that needs to be exchanged for 39 BBs, and so far you have not gotten any BBs for it. Rest assured that this will be taken care of, it just seems to be taken a lot longer than expected, I am really sorry.
