Empty nest points?

I was a level 4 mentor and only received 1 empty nest point. I saw a post by a level 5 mentor who said he also only received 1 empty nest point. I don't really understand how the empty next points were supposed to be calculated, but this doesn't seem right. We spent years in the mentoring system and you can't even buy one thing with one point.

Is there something wrong or did the points calculate as intended?

1) Every 10 Social Points were converted into 1 Empty Nest Point. As you had 10 or less Social points, that is why you only received 1 Empty nest point. This was either because you did not actively participate in the Mentoring System or you spent your Social Points in the Mentoring Store. So therefore regarding what level Mentor you were, if you had not accumulated your Social Points, you would not receive many Empty Nest Points.
2) Players were booked up to 5 Mentoring Deco items depending on their total of Social EP earned throughout their history of being a Mentor.
