enchanting dinner giver item

    Greetings!

    i have copleted the the current event up to 22 quest..i have the cloud row and other 2 items.
    however, I was not able to receive enchanting dinner item.it is not in my inventory, and i did not place it anywhere in the game...
    could you help me please
