EP not adding up

    At 9.37 pm CET, I began an EP harvest with 428,437 million EP needed until my next level up.
    At 9.48 pm CET, my balance showed 411,254 million EP needed, being a difference of 17,183m (17.183b)

    However, while harvesting the lighthouse I harvested the Museums individually, then the rest and the amount flashed up at 19.2 billion - I held my cursor over it to verify this - so that amount alone exceeds the amount of EP credited.

    I also harvested other fields contributing EP, being the Park (est 1.3 b), green meadow (est 0.6b)
    and after the lighthouse I harvested the Haunted Manor (est 1.0b) at around 9.46 pm, so I contend that I am about 5 billion short.

    I hope that you will see that I am trying to present accurate information to make this as transparent as possible, as I wish to make this easy for you to verify.

    Hello davidb1yth007,

    You currently need 408.612.219.486.52 EP to level up. I cannot tell how many EP were harvested so cannot confirm this. You can contact Support to see if they can look into this further.
