ERROR in timing of the purchase of feed

    The last time I purchased feed the timer showed I had 24 hours left before the end of the booster.
    I purchased it again, and this morning I am no longer getting 50% off on my mill. I had planned to put a long crop in just before it expired, but it didn't work because it expired too early.

    Today the timer says I have 111 hours left on the mill purchase, but the mill times have reverted to normal.

    This is real money and if the timer consistently doesn't work as long as it should, I'm being cheated each time I purchase it.


    PROBLEM 2: Bigpoint won't answer any support questions that I have regarding support.
    The email I used on this account was from over 10 years ago. I don't have have that email account anymore, and without access to that email, support says I can never receive support again, even for problems that have nothing to do with security. My bank, credit cards, facebook ect seem to be able to work around a changed email and telephone number, but not Bigpoint. My credit card I continue to use still has my name on it that I made my first purchase with. This is a very bad business policy to cut support off to paying customers, as I have spent thousands of dollars over the last 10 years. I understand it is because of security, and I appreciate it, but Iit is hard to justify that anymore if they won't communicate with me.

    I know that my account says I have only been farming a few years, but Lea2191 account is older than it appears because the time reset when I stopped farming for over a year. The farm didn't reset, just the timer

    You purchased the mill subscription on 2021-08-10 07:25:45. It will expire on 9 September 2021. I have checked your mill and the reduction in milling time is correct. If you load a long feed item, it will be reduced until your mill subscription expires. Then it will mill the items at the original milling time, so it is possible if you have placed items to mill that exceed the amount of time you have left, you will see a difference.

    If you are seeing a display discrepancy, please clear your browser cache and cookies to resolve that issue.

    I can confirm that at this time, you have 109 hours remaining on your mill subscription. You will be able to mill feed for the next 109 hours for 1/2 the normal milling time. Please understand that you cannot load a long feed item just before it ends and still receive the reduction. It doesn't work that way.

    Regarding your email - since you do not have access to your former email that is associated with your account, you cannot change your email address via in game. You will need to contact Support and they can assist you in updating your email with one you do have access to. They will ask you for enough detailed information to ensure that you are the owner of the account. Once you have a valid email address associated with your account, they can assist you with any support inquiry you may have.
