EV opening plots in Northern Woods

    I'm at level 29 in EV and have difficulty opening section I-5 of the Northern Woods.
    The icon says it's ready to unlock and I have everything I need to unlock it but I can't find a way to do that. Am I missing something?

    Would you please clear your browser cache and cookies, as well as restart your computer and then log in again to see if that clears the issue? The area should be available starting level 28. If you continue to have problems, please post in Technical Issues so we can check your account.
