EV Village Square quests

    There's a problem on level 7 of the Ian Gray quest. It requests 'increase stock limit of Green Fuel once'. The expansions for this section of the warehouse are available at EV levels 1, 7, 13 and 18. There are no more after that and I've already opened them all in the past. As I'm already on EV level 21 my progress has stalled on level 7 of Ian Gray. Some tasks at earlier levels are credited automatically but this one is not.
    I can never complete this quest! -.-
