Event award item in wrong Cloud Row

    I goofed and mistakenly put an event award item in the wrong Cloud Row. It is now locked in that Cloud Row and I cannot get it out.

    Is there any way I can remove the event award item to put it in the correct Cloud Row?

    Hi Tarawolf !

    You have to wait till the next harvest time. When the cloud row is ready for harvest, you can remove the award item ( it gets automatically unlocked at that time). But you should not harvest it before removal of the item. If you do so it will be once again locked and you have to wait for the next harvest time.

    Thank you 12ss12 for your assistance. That is correct. When the cloud row has finished its cool down period, it will unlock and you can remove your item and place it where you want.
