Event Difficulty

What is the determining factor as to whether an event is considered difficult, medium or easy?

Is it the number of hours or the types of items required to complete it?

I haven't been able to finish any of the timed events lately so I have missed out on a lot of nice stuff. In the past I was able to at least complete the easy ones and some of the medium ones but it seems that something has changed and they are now harder to complete. I have also noticed that mystery stables and mystery trees have also gone up in price making it more difficult to obtain these items.

Why? It seems to me you make more sales if the items were prices lower because more people would be interested in spending the money to buy them.

The event difficulty is determined by the game developers, so the forum team do not know what factors are used to determine the difficulty. We simply pass on the information we are given, which includes the difficulty.

There has been no increase in the cost of wonder stables & trees. The only price change has been the packs that include a guaranteed new tree / stable in addition to the standard ones.

No, but I believe when they first came out they were both 5 BB each.
