Event FAQ question

Hi,

Just to clarify:

The Event FAQ says: *Note: The side bars can be completed at any stage, but they will not change rewards already collected from the Main progress bar.

Does that mean the side bars do not need to be completed at all in order to complete the main progress bar (and get the CR)? Or does it mean you have to complete the side bars, but it doesn't matter when, as long as they are completed at the end?

The side bars provide additional TEP/CC when you donate to the main progress bar but are not required to complete the main progress and get the cloud row.

Let's go through it a bit more specifically to be sure you understand (my apologies if too much of an answer).

There are 15 main progress steps. If you complete both side bars before donating to the main progress bar, you will get 250 CC x farm level and 250 TEP x Baha level for each main progress step completed (15 steps). However, if, for example, you complete the first 5 steps of the main progress bar and then complete the side bars, you would only get the TEP/CC for the remaining 10 steps.

If you wait to complete the side bars last, you will only get the prizes associated with those tasks and the main progress bar would not have had the additional TEP/CC.

Thank you, FA. I understood how the side bars work -- but there were many people wondering if they could skip the side bars altogether, and then just complete the main progress bar for the cloud row (some want to keep the crops/fruit they have).

So my question was really whether you could get the CR (do the main progress bar), while not donating anything at all to the side bars.

ETA: The FAQ also states: 'You need to deliver Farm Goods to the 2 Side Progress bars' within the description -- so I just want to be clear that it's not a requirement to add even a small amount to the side bars -- that you can add no crops or fruits whatsoever and still finish to get the CR.

 

Yes, you can complete the Main Progress Bar to get the Cloudrow + items without completing any portion of the Side Bars.
