Event freeze

Twice now The Great Chase screen has frozen when I choose the last item, 60/60.
I can leave it hanging there for several minutes only to conceded that I have no option but to reload the game.

And of course I get thrown back into that "finished" scene, with the 20 second penalty which makes it impossible to complete (laptop, no physical mouse). And I cant complete it. It's obvious that a freeze is to be expected because it's in the FAQ that it may happen. I am just here to lodge my displeasure about missing out on earned points when that right side level tier is already unobtainable. Every point helps.

PS, my cache has been cleared and software and firmware are all up to date.
I would have popped this in feedback however since nobody else has yet listed this glitch I thought I would pop it in technical.

Hello ctindaldavies,

Have you also cleared your Flash cache? I have cleared your server cache to see if this helps also. Once your flash cache has been cleared, please close your browser then reopen it and log back into the Game to see if you are able to complete a mini-game successfully.

Thanks for clearing my server cache Shooger. I forget you can do that.
Yes I cleared both the browser and flash caches. It did it again for a 3rd time a short while ago so I just walked away for 10 mins, and it caught up finally ended. Phew.
