did you try closing down the game and going back in? If your game was opened and you used F5, it's not enough to get the event plant.

 

I turned it off and on but nothing

Your logs show 10 each starter seeds for both event crops. I can confirm they are not in inventory nor on the field. I have forwarded the issue to the Game Team for further investigation. I will update you once I receive a reply.
