Event still there in Quest - why can't I deliver?

    The event time is over, and I had started to deliver the goods for the last quest on the list, but had miscalculated and needed 125 more. Just after the event vanished from the clock tab, I had 140 majorams and the quest was still in the town hall, with the requisite number showing. I clicked deliver, but it would not take the plants :( Seems unfair

    Hello Chris_2_4,

    Although you could still see the quest, once the time is over you cannot donate further. If you refresh, you will find that the quest is also gone. It is best not to leave donations to the last minute, as advised in the FAQ.

    what happens to the items I had delivered (as I say, I made a mistake and delivered a short supply, so that final quest was incomplete - I had bought pigs to complete it, but misread the number of plants required - - - if that makes sense)
