Event Timer Cancelled

I have the same problem as others, timer cancelled after about 10hrs and gave me relevant rewards - logging out and back in has not helped.

The timer disappeared again this morning. I read that I should be able to do step 1 again but I'm now on step 3 and cannot go back - I received rewards up to 2 secret seedlings so am 3 short as would have finished this morning as I did on my other farm with no problem. My other farm I sign in on google and use chrome, this farm I play on firefox and sign in direct to BP- don't know if this info will help the techs.

Unfortunately if you are now at level 3 you will not be able to go back. The script would have fixed players who moved to level 2 without wanting to, and without the timer running out. If you have donated and completed step 2, and moved to level 3, it's not possible to go back to step 1 anymore

Everything is good now, have just received the full reward so have actually got a few extra - no complaints here
