Event timer gone, not finished

From your post to baw815 (that is my other account), I refreshed and logged out and back in. Timer is still not there. I am using Firefox version 44.0.2. I do get the event on the news clicked from the left side bar, it is not there when I log in.

EDIT: I just refreshed the game and the timer is back and the mouse event is on the news when you first log in. Don't know if you waved a magic wand or what.

Maybe, the game kicked me out, logged me out. I logged back in and the timer was gone again and it wasn't on the news when I logged in. I waited a few minutes, refreshed, the timer was back, but the event wasn't on the news on login, it is always there from clicking on the news on the left bar. It's weird.

Just noticed, my bad, wrong account, but the info is for SadieBAW and I did lose it on this one, refreshed and it was back.

 

Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache to see if that helps solve the problem.

Right now it is there on both farms, but it isn't always there when I log in. It has only been since yesterday that it was a problem. If I lose it again and it doesn't come back through refreshing or logging out and back in, I will exit game and clear caches.

 

Hopefully the timer will stay put.

Logged in today to not have timer on both farms, refreshed on first one I logged in to, not sure which it was, and it still wasn't there. I went ahead and did my usual first harvest, visit fuzzles, etc. Refreshed and timer came back, it came back on both farms after a bit, like I did stuff, harvest and that.

Oh, I had all caches cleaned before I started.

 

Not trying to hijack, just letting you know this isn't an isolated occurrence. The event timer is gone from both of my farms as well, on two different browsers (Chrome and Torch).

 

Same on all ten of my farms.

 

This has already been passed onto the Game Team. We do not know if a fix will be found before the weekend.

No worries for the delay. As mentioned in one of your fellow farmer's threads, the Game Team informed us they were unable to reproduce this problems because a simple refresh of the farm would sort this out in most cases, and by the time someone was checking the accounts, the timer was back - we sure hope it will not happen again in the future. We'd rather have the event timer sticking around longer than playing hide and seek with us!
