    i have a bleu sapphire and standing infront off that door to open. it asks if i want to hand it in but i can not press yes it remains gray. what is goging wrong?

    Have you tried refreshing your Game? There were issues logging into the Game recently. Also have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?

    yes i tried all off that... i have one saffier bleu but standing infront off the deur i still cant press yes.

    do you only need one bleu saffier?

    Yes, you only need 1 Sapphire. I've passed the issue to the Game Team and will let you know when I have more information.

    No, you haven't done anything wrong. The Game Team has been notified about the issue. Hopefully, it is something that can be resolved easily.
