Exchange not working

    Hi,

    I can't seem to exchange an item. I have one exchange license. I've searched the offers and found one I like. The other player offers a Goat Milk Tree for an Elderberry. I have the Elderberry.

    Both have a Yellow button with 1. I can't do anything with that, though. The exchange button has been greyed out, like you can see here:

    I should be able to trade this, right?

    I am not a mod but make sure your Elderberry is in your inventory to trade and not on your farm.

    desi20, I've already checked that. I deleted the Elderberry from my field (which had an upgrade on top of it), checked my inventory and both the base and the upgrade were in my inventory. But thanks for the tip :)

    In the meantime I've logged out and back in, changed between farms and did all the other things, but still I can't use the exchange button. It's still greyed out while I have one exchange license......

    I've been having the same problem all day. Was psyched after my first free exchange, so I bought a package of licenses and haven't been able to complete any exchanges since. I have a number of trees in inventory, not on my fields, that others are asking for, but when I choose an appropriate exchange, the arrow stays grayed out, like your screen shot, so I can't complete the exchange.

    Hi Sheriziya

    This is a known problem as the list contains more than one of some trees, if the offer selects the wrong one then you won't be able to exchange it. The dev team are currently looking into a solution for this.

    Can I help further?

    Ah, too bad. Thanks, Neon-Lights. NFQ :)

    I haven't seen any solution to this problem. The Goat Milk Tree I was aiming for has disappeared from the market, but does that mean the problem is solved or has/have the player/s cancelled their offer?

    The offer was probably cancelled by the player due to the problem with some of the listings.
