Expansion of Park

    I have all these signs in the areas of my park asking if I want to invest NaN country coins to expand park. My park was already expanded in past.

    It also wont let me place items -- they show up with a diagonal line through them even though these items have been placed there before, i.e. water tank.

    In addition I am having trouble harvesting the items because it keeps giving me the NaN message when I click on the items close to the sign.

    I just now used a harvest helper so that I could harvest my park and now all the signs are gone and I can place the items. Is this a glitch or just a way for me to use my harvest helper at a time when I didn't want to -- I was saving it?
