Exploiting Glitches

I made a previous post which was closed & that's kind of interesting in & of itself as the normal procedure is to ask if the OP has any further questions or needs further assistance.

That notwithstanding, now I'm beyond angry to downright insulted! For a moderator to post that no one should be able to "exploit glitches" implies that I somehow did something wrong.

I am new to this game and was not aware of these "Official Announcements" regarding things that could come up in an event.

The further assistance you may provide me with is an explanation of why BP will not resolve something in favor of its customers (paying or not) without making some mistake on their part look like cheating on my part.

Edit = To further clarify, I was surprised at the # of Bananas that had been awarded but I thought that it was because of something I had accomplished during the race or some other thing that I had completed.

Firstly, sorry for closing your previous post, but I did not see any further questions to my response.
We have no control over what BP does regarding the wrongly booked Bananas. As posted in my previous post, the extra Golden Bananas were wrongly booked to some players only, so yes, keeping them just because they might have been used, is clearly an advantage against those that were not effected. I am not saying or did say that you specifically exploited them, but as a reference to the whole Gaming community.
